Report packs are generally non-refundable once credits are issued, except where required by law.
Founder Lifetime
Founder Lifetime purchases are generally final once access is granted, except where required by law.
Technical Failures
Material technical failures, duplicate charges, or billing errors may be reviewed case-by-case.
